Employment Solicitor
Based: Islington, London
Type: Full-time, Permanent, hybrid role
The Role
We are looking for an Employment Solicitor with four – six years PQE to join our growing team.
The role will entail advising on the full scope of non-contentious and contentious employment law from advising on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures through to managing restructuring, redundancies and settlement agreements, and advising on TUPE and other corporate issues as they arise.
You will also be required to deal with and be familiar with Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
Attention to detail is paramount and you must be passionate about going the extra mile for your clients.
A genuine interest in business development, along with some experience of this would be beneficial.
