Location: Kirkby in Ashfield
Pay Rate: £20.75 - £31.13 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, worked between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (rota-based)
Role Summary: Responsible for managing all tenancy and estate-related matters, including tenancy enforcement, anti-social behaviour, estate inspections, and support for vulnerable tenants. The role involves case management, legal work, site visits, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver a high-quality housing service.
Key Duties:
- Advise tenants on their rights and responsibilities under the Tenancy Agreement.
- Investigate and manage breaches, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud.
- Prepare legal documents, take witness statements, and attend court.
- Conduct estate and property inspections; resolve estate-related issues.
- Manage tenancy changes: successions, assignments, joint tenancies, and transfers.
- Provide support to vulnerable tenants and make appropriate referrals.
- Maintain accurate case records and produce reports as needed.
