ยท Manage and organise the online training platform for new starters and existing staff

ยท Managing and Conducting probation and performance reviews.

ยท Organising disciplinary meetings, keeping in line with the company’s policies and procedures.

ยท Preparing and distributing employee correspondence such as letters and emails.

ยท Interpreted and communicated new or revised policies to staff

ยท Networking with other agencies

ยท Stock control and maintenance of stock items

ยท Reporting and analysis using the finance system and excel

ยท General administrative tasks

ยท Experience of HR ideally within Heath and Social Care setting

ยท High level of numeracy and accuracy.

ยท Knowledge and experience of accounts administration.
