ESTIMATOR – £60-70K + Car allowance + 25 days holiday + mileage Based in Watford an established Contractor is looking for a professional and experienced Estimator. The Estimator needs to come from a Construction background working within M & E / Building Services. Experience working on Commercial / Healthcare / Educational or Affordable Housing projects would be desirable (although not essential). Opportunity to earn a basic salary of £60K – £70K + an excellent package. Estimator Duties: + Writing reports & preparing tender documents + Supply fully qualified and accurate quotations through the effective application of custom-developed and third party estimating software and company procedures + Production of tenders / prices from first principles Estimator Requirements: + Preparation of tender submissions + Administrate tender documents + The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic and driven to succeed +, Able to produce accurate and comprehensive estimates in
