About the Job We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a reputable regional law firm in their Manchester office. Residential Conveyancer – Up to £45,000 salary The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an established, multi-service law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals throughout the region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Conveyancer with previous experience across Sales, Purchases, Leasehold and Freehold transactions. The incoming Residential Conveyancer will also be able to progress an established caseload (circa 80 files) with the support of a wider admin team and dedicated legal assistant. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancer with the ambition and drive to cultivate an established client base.
