The Role:An opportunity to join a leading digital infrastructure provider powering next-gen embedded payment experiences across the UK and Europe. As part of the Product team, you’ll help shape the roadmap, design, and delivery of front-end-led products (web and mobile) that support B2B and platform-based payment flows across multiple industry verticals.This team sits at the heart of the business and collaborates closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to build scalable, regulated, and commercial products that are loved by users.Key Responsibilities:Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to go-live and post-launch iterationDefine product vision, roadmap and strategy in alignment with company goalsTranslate complex business requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and documentationEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of roadmap items in partnership with engineeringChampion a scalable, agile approach to product delivery and backlog managementOversee the end-to-end product launch process across all business functionsMaintain clear and comprehensive internal documentation and collateralDevelop relationships with relevant external schemes, suppliers and regulatory bodiesMonitor performance against key product metrics and proactively drive improvementsContribute to pricing discussions with a clear understanding of cost modelsRegularly report on progress, managing risks and blockers transparentlyKey Requirements:A proven background in product management with a track record of delivering commercial resultsExperience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift frequentlyIdeally has a background in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS – though strong candidates from other industries with relevant skills will be consideredAnalytical, detail-oriented and able to translate data into actionProven success in collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsComfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on deliveryExperience engaging third-party partners or external schemesExcellent communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders around product goalsComfortable working independently and managing multiple workstreams concurrentlyStrong experience leading or mentoring others within a product environmentFor the right candidate, the base salary is £80-120K + Bonus.
