We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a passion for leading New Product Development & Introduction (NPI) projects. With this role, you can lead the planning, governance and delivery of complex projects in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Take full ownership of end-to-end project management, from concept to delivery and post-launch review. * Define project governance and controls while managing project documentation. * Lead and drive business cases, financial ROI calculations, and budget management. * Ensure on-time, on-specification, and on-cost delivery of projects. * Lead project meetings, manage risks and change requests, and maintain financial reports. * Work cross-functionally with engineering, certification, manufacturing, quality, finance, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams. * Implement standardized engineering processes and tools such as FMEAs and Root Cause Analysis. * Support prototype builds, testing, certification, and production readiness. * Ensure all necessary product documentation and quality criteria are met before launch. * Provide training and contribute to continuous improvement of NPI processes. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in project management, successfully leading projects from start to finish. * Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software elements in product development. * Excellent knowledge of best-practice project management methodologies. * Commercial acumen with experience in business case development, IRR, ROI, NPV, and BOM cost analysis. * Strong skills in budget/resource management, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation. * Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation abilities. * Hands-on approach with a problem-solving and results-driven mindset. * Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and overseas (10-20%). Preferred Experience: * Developing products for hazardous environments (ATEX, IECEx). * Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for the pharmaceutical industry. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Systems.
