Due to continued business growth Drain Doctor North West are currently recruiting multi skilled drainage engineers. The successful applicants should be skilled in High Pressure Water Jetting, CCTV Surveys, and drainage rehabilitation. A basic level of plumbing knowledge would also be advantageous.

The Role:

Carrying out all types of drainage work

Reactive unblocks, pre-planned maintenance & servicing.

Carry out CCTV surveys.

Carry out drain repairs and excavations.

Working on both commercial and domestic properties

Using PDA to organise workload and update jobs

Adhering to a high level of customer service and company standards
-
Ensuring all jobs are completed in line with H&S policy and guidelines.

Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Be included on a call out rota that is published in advance to achieve a good work and home life balance.

At least 2 years drainage experience

High Pressure Jetting experience

Experience in reactive maintenance

You must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Must be confident and have good communication skills.

Ability to work alone or as a team effectively.
