A UK property development and construction organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager/ Head of Commercial to be responsible for all commercial management of their development portfolio of residential led mixed-use and high-density housing schemes; from feasibility/Pre-construction through RIBA Stages 1-5 reporting on all matters of procurement, cost plans and feasibility, cost reporting and commercial strategy and risk of their development portfolio of residential led mixed-use schemes.

Commercial Management professionals with construction and development experience of RC Frame construction of apartment schemes, as well as knowledge of Traditional Build housing, are of interest. A track record of managing projects and schemes through the project lifecycle to final accounts is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate strong stakeholder and supply chain management skills. A background working for Tier 1 Main Contractors, Property Developers, or House Builders in a Senior Management capacity would be ideal for this appointment.
