Machine Minder

Hours: 3 x shift rota / no weekends/ early finish on Friday

HR GO recruitment is looking for several Machine Minders to work within a fast-paced production environment.

Machine Minder Duties:

1. You will be required to set up and manage the machine (full training is given).
2. The ability to fault-find and problem-solve.
3. Display an excellent eye for detail ensuring quality of product at all times.
4. Assist with the loading and unloading of product onto machines.
5. Work within Company procedures and S.O.P.\’s with Health & Safety as a priority.
6. Work within the team in future automation area.
7. Check and maintain the quality of the work produced.
8. Provide general assistance in other areas of the factory as required.
9. Maintain a tidy work area at all times.

Machine Minder Skills:

1. Experience working in a production environment.
2. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.
3. Able to use own initiative and demonstrate input into continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Be a confident team player.
