About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to apply their skills and experience to a product at the cutting edge of B2B technology.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for transforming an exciting roadmap of powerful capabilities into benefits-led narratives that support our commercial and partner growth efforts.
You will (accountabilities)
- Be a principal owner of, and subject matter expert for, up to 3 product families.
- Build a solid grasp of the end-to-end capabilities of the Ocado Smart Platform, especially in relation to your portfolio of products and themes.
- Develop, maintain and grow a library of well-differentiated commercial enablement materials and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to grow awareness and support for the OSP roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the New Business team to support prospect identification and build and deliver prospect nurture campaigns.
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Lead, drive and support partner reference programmes, building success stories and case studies.
About you (experience we seek)
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Marketing or another relevant technology marketing/communications/product discipline.
- A talented storyteller with the ability to distill complex products and concepts into clear, impactful product stories.
- Commercially savvy with high numerical literacy.
- Driven self-starter with a laser focus on results.
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-moving environments.
- Confident, self-motivated individual with demonstrable bias for action.
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Strong team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
- Highly adaptable individual comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
