Do you enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the shipping and maritime industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team immediately! What will you be doing? Assisting the Assistant Manager with administration Verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency Monitoring expenses and updating claim costs Supporting the preparation of monthly accruals and operating expense reports Assisting in the development of budgets Checking invoices to ensure correct charges and coordinating with Finance Division for any necessary adjustments Performing other finance and administration duties as directed by the Team What are we looking for?
