SMT Technician Salary: basic salary between £28,000 – £32,000 PA Benefits include: A monthly paid guarenteed bonus structure (company wide) which has historically paid out around £2,000 – £3,000 per year (paid monthly), 6% contribuatory pension, 25 days holiday (+8 bank holidays), life assurance and enhanced sick pay, full induction training program and career progression, overtime at time and a half, and more! Location: Aston Clinton / Aylesbury SMT / PCB Technician This is a great opportunity for an experienced SMT / PCB Technician to join a successful medical engineering and manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Aylesbury. The SMT / PCB Technician will be responsible for hand-soldering small SMT components onto PCBs (occasionally requiring the use of a microscope) as well as running the companies SMT production line (Mycronic). The SMT Technician will need to have previous SMT soldering experience and ideally have experience managing a small production line. No programming of the SMT machine will be required and the successful applicant does not need to have experience working the exact SMT machine as they view these skills as transferable. Full training given.
