We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple interiors projects. The role involves managing 4-5 projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure projects stay on track, maintain high standards of delivery, and build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to programme, budget, and quality standards. * Work closely with the Contracts Manager in the selection of subcontractors. * Engage extensively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain a strong presence on-site. * Coordinate trades such as Joinery, Drylining, Suspended Ceilings, and finishing works (e.g., decoration). * Manage contracts ensuring alignment with Contract Sum Analysis and bespoke Bill of Quantities. * Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to support cost management and subcontractor pricing and procurement. * Uphold a professional and balanced approach to contractual matters, addressing disputes when necessary. Key Skills and Experience: * Proven track record managing multiple projects in the interiors/fit-out sector. * Strong knowledge of JCT Design and Build contracts and related processes. * Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. * Competence in subcontractor management, including selection and performance evaluation. * Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage project teams and drive progress. * A hands-on approach with a focus on practical solutions to challenges on-site. Additional Information: * Projects are based nationally, with travel undertaken during working hours.
