Finance Director

As Finance Director, you’ll be at the heart of financial strategy, working closely with the founders to drive sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, requiring both strategic vision and the ability to roll up your sleeves in a small startup.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading financial strategy, forecasting, and planning to support business growth.
2. Overseeing M&A activity, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration.

2. Strong M&A experience – from due diligence to deal execution and integration.
