L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company in Telford that are looking for a (Part Time) Sales Admin / Customer Service Administrator to join them on a contract basis, initially through until the end of October. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing & other internal teams, you’ll be providing a key support role to internal sales staff and key customers based in the UK & abroad. The role is on a part time basis, 21 hours per week, Monday – Wednesday.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Provide admin & customer support
* Process orders, order acknowledgements, check part numbers etc
* Handle queries and complaints
* Raise & issue quotes
* Promote sales opportunities through up and cross selling products
* Confirm stock availability, part numbers etc
* KPIs
To be considered for this role, you will have worked in a similar sales support / customer service role previously – ideally within manufacturing. You will have excellent communication skills, be a flexible team player, have a professional approach and appearance, a confident manner and high IT literacy.
Hours of work are part time (21 hours per week), Monday – Wednesday.
