Architect

LB Design Recruitment are working with a long established RIBA Chartered practice that has a strong reputation for exciting, high-quality design solutions in both contemporary and traditional architectural styles. They currently have a variety of clients in London, Southampton, Winchester, Hampshire and surrounding areas. They work across a diverse range of sectors and project types, including bespoke residential dwellings for private clients, large residential schemes for developer clients, educational facilities, commercial developments and civic developments. They are looking to recruit a project-running Architect to complement their team. You will need to have a Part 3 architectural qualification or equivalent and have at least 3-5 years’ post qualification experience within a UK practice. You must also be able to work across all work stages and architectural sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Please note that you must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK. This is a full-time office based role in a medium sized practice in Winchester. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. If this role is of interest, we would love to hear from you
