About the Role The AICS Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in South-East London. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care around AICS clients. Key Responsibilities * Direct Client Support: Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. * Rehab & Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure a seamless and effective care plan. * Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, incidents, and shift reports to support continuous improvement and compliance. * Flexibility & Adaptability: Respond to varying client needs and adapt quickly to new challenges during long shifts. What We’re Looking For * Experience: Previous experience in a similar support worker role is advantageous. * Commitment: A strong dedication to providing high-quality care with a compassionate and patient-focused approach. * Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. * Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment. * Availability: Willingness to work 12-hour waking nights and long day shifts as required.
