Commercial Gas Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client’s team. The role primarily involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining boilers in commercial properties, with occasional installation work. You will also be responsible for the installation and replacement of mechanical plant and equipment while ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, repair, and maintain domestic and commercial boilers
* Carry out breakdowns and repairs on gas appliances
* Service and repair gas fires, overhead radiant heaters, and gas-fired water heaters
* Conduct installation and replacement of mechanical plant and equipment when required
* Work within occupied commercial buildings, ensuring minimal disruption and high safety standards
* Maintain a strong understanding of HVAC building services
Requirements:
* Proven experience in servicing and repairing both domestic and commercial boilers
* Knowledge of gas appliances, plumbing, and heating systems
* Fully qualified Gas Engineer (Gas Safe, ACS, CCN1, or equivalent)
* Commercial Gas Tickets
* Familiarity with health & safety regulations in commercial environments
* Previous experience working in occupied commercial buildings
