Partnerships Manager, Up to £50k Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their team as a Partnerships Manager. This role focuses on delivering commercial targets within B2C Partner channels, identifying new sales opportunities, building new relationships, and maintaining strong partnerships with existing travel and media accounts. This is a flexible, home-based role that includes regional travel, partner meetings, product and brand presentations, shows, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the performance of media accounts, ensuring the brand is positioned correctly and marketed efficiently.
- Use creativity to achieve the best results, demonstrating impact through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Manage account portfolio revenue, retention and growth
- Identify, test, and optimize opportunities to improve return on investment through creative ad campaigns and incremental volume generation.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams and external partners to ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Oversee the partnership budget, including setting targets, reporting, and identifying savings or investment opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure the effectiveness of partnership strategies.
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a B2C / Partnership sales role within the Travel Industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills.
- Strong collaborator with a creative approach to solving commercial challenges.
- Confident in preparing and delivering presentations to small and large groups of agents and customers.
- Proficient at problem-solving and able to prioritise objectives and drive performance.
- Understanding of negotiation techniques and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings as part of the weekly role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Clean Driving License.
