RecruitAbility are looking for an experienced mechanical/electronics product support advisor to join their fast-growing client based in Takeley. This is an exciting time to be joining them, as they expand into new areas and offer huge opportunities for the right person.

The Role of Product Support Advisor:

  • Solve technical support inquiries via telephone and email with a positive and professional demeanour
  • Document interactions comprehensively for auditing and record keeping purposes
  • Work within a team to identify recurring issues or opportunities for product or process improvements
  • Create and submit knowledgebase entries to help improve customer service capabilities
  • Stay abreast of any product changes
  • Identify and resolve electrical and/or electronic product issues
  • Providing level 1 support and assistance across a range of products
