Electronics Test Engineer Location: Rugby, Warwickshire Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent | Monday – Thursday: 08:30am – 5:30pm, Friday: 08:30am – 1:00pm Actio Recruitment is supporting our manufacturing client in Rugby with their search for an Electronics Test Engineer to join their team. About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, testing, and fault-finding of PCB assemblies and electrical panels, ensuring they meet required specifications. You will also work on rework and repair, building test rigs, and evaluating electronic designs. Key Responsibilities: * Inspection & testing of PCB assemblies and electrical panels * Fault-finding and rework of electronic circuits and assemblies * Recording test results using office tools such as Excel and Word * Building test rigs to support testing and design evaluation * Reading & understanding schematics and wiring diagrams * Testing & troubleshooting using electrical instruments (e.g., voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter) * Knowledge of 3-phase electrics and electromechanical processes This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company and apply your expertise in an innovative manufacturing environment.
