L2 Support Park West (Hybrid working options) €35K-€45K base salary Are you looking for hands-on experience across a variety of IT systems? Do you want to be part of a small, supportive team where you'll learn fast and gain exposure to a wide range of technologies? Our client, a well-established IT services company based in Park West, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid Level 1 & L2 experience. Why This Role? You'll gain broad exposure across networks, servers, M365, and SharePoint. You'll be part of a small but experienced team—you'll never be left to struggle on your own. The company encourages learning and provides on-the-job training. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week if needed. What You'll Be Doing Level 1 & Level 2 support – troubleshooting IT issues for clients. Joining domains, setting up apps, installs, and general IT support tasks. SharePoint & Teams administration – setting up SharePoint sites, managing Teams environments. Basic networking – troubleshooting DNS/DHCP issues, understanding why devices aren't connecting. M365 & small-scale Azure support. Some on-site client visits, so ideally, you can drive (mileage allowance provided). What You Need At least 2 – 3 years’ IT support experience – you're not a beginner, but you’re still early in your career. Good SharePoint knowledge – comfortable setting up sites & troubleshooting. Basic networking skills – understanding DNS, DHCP, servers, and connectivity issues. Strong M365 skills – supporting Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and general Windows environments. Great troubleshooting mindset – you know how to ask the right questions and figure out problems. Personality matters – they're looking for someone friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.
