Hire Desk Controller

Job Title: Hire Controller Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire Job Type: Permanent Overview: A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of services including powered access, telescopic handler rental, machinery sales, contract hire options and specialized training programs. What do I need? * Prior experience working on the Hire Desks * Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Responsibilities: * Building relationships with internal and external clients * Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires * Day to day management of the Hire Desk * Processing admin enquiries * Negotiating hire rates I am interested in speaking to anyone with prior experience within Plant Hire / Powered Access Rentals with hire controller experience
