They are looking for an R&D Technician to take a key role in the development of novel materials for cutting-edge technical applications. Key Responsibilities: Generate and develop new ideas for advanced materials and formulations. Synthesise and characterise novel materials for targeted technical applications. Translate laboratory processes into scalable pilot plant procedures. Provide expert technical support to customers and sales teams. Analyse and benchmark the performance of our materials against competitors in real-world applications. Clearly communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and product documentation. Your Profile: MSc or PhD in Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline. Preferred (but not essential): Knowledge in inks, coatings, polymer processing, laser marking, or nanodispersions.
