Job Overview We are currently recruiting for a Hybrid Accounts Executive role for one of our clients based in Bordon to cover maternity leave . This role will require meeting individual sales targets, proactively engaging with customers to place orders, discuss new products, trends and marketing opportunities to maximize sales. Delivering a first-class customer experience. Also growing a customer base by engaging with potential new customers Duties * Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs. * Provide great customer service to a set group of customers. * Pro-actively contact customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales. * Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries. * Capture & update customer information accurately. * Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals. Skills * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust * Confident communicator both verbal and written * Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities * Work well under pressure * Strong team player but happy to work independently Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, hybrid (3 days in office) Maternity cover up until June 2025 Salary: £26,000.00 per year Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 5 months Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
