About the Role
As a Freight Forwarding Operator, you will take ownership of the end-to-end freight process for key customer accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Sea Imports, including UK landing, customs clearance, and container haulage.
- Oversee shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Arrange and process key documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated professionals with freight forwarding experience who want to build a long-term career in logistics.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in Freight Forwarding (Import or Export).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A team player who thrives under pressure and deadlines.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- 1+ years’ experience in Import/Export operations.
- Knowledge of Sea, Air, Road, and Courier logistics.
- Experience with customs clearance and related procedures.
