Salary: £24,000- £26,000 Pro rata based on experience plus uncapped commission. Type : 9am – 5.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. (3 days a week, extending to 5 days depending on performance) Location: Ability to Commute to Hitchin (required) Tezlom have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to be part of the team. We are looking for a confident, hardworking and self-motivated individual who will be based at the Hitchin Office. We specialise in the recruitment of all healthcare staff for Permanent positions, such as Nurses, Physiotherapists, Registered Managers, Branch Managers and Support Staff. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for servicing existing clients and business development. Working with existing clients to maximise potential business and identifying new clients to develop the business by making calls and arranging client meetings. You will be expected to do a variety of duties in the office but will be involved in resourcing candidates from various job boards, social media and careers fairs. Having a driving license and car is essential for the role (mileage paid, company mobile phone provided). All the tools you need to do the job and a nice working environment at the office in Hitchin town centre. Smart / Casual dress. Roles and Responsibilities: * Creating relationships with existing clients * Generating business with sales phone calls to potential clients * Arranging meeting with potential clients and conducting those meetings * Creating adverts and posting adverts across different job boards * CV Searching – Sourcing for potential candidates * Liaising with clients to interview your candidates * Processing Permanent Placements Job Type: Part-time, Perm extending to Full time performance based. Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year Pro rata based on experience plus uncapped commission.
