About the Role
We're hiring a Data Product Manager to co-lead the data team and drive the strategy and delivery of internal data products in a fast-growing, data-driven investment and asset management firm. This role blends product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and analytics. You'll take charge of product roadmaps, translate user needs into actionable features, and work cross-functionally to build innovative, scalable solutions on a modern data stack.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data product lifecycle using Agile methodology.
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful data tools and features.
- Manage and prioritise backlogs for analytics and data engineering.
- Track product performance using defined metrics and user feedback.
- Co-lead the data function alongside the Lead Data Engineer.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in data product management or similar roles in data-rich environments.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
