MMP Consultancy are seeking a Senior Surveyor on behalf of a major London Local Authority to deliver Complex Repairs and manage a team of Surveyors. £450 per day (Neg.) Inside IR35. Job Profile Senior Surveyor and lead complex property challenges with confidence. This pivotal role offers the chance to manage a talented team of surveyors and oversee high-stakes projects-including structural assessments, leasehold negotiations, decant operations, leak investigations, and remedial repairs-while working on diverse cases such as damp issues, disrepair claims, and legal disputes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues like structural problems, leaks, and major disrepair, as well as Major Voids and Refurbishment programmes. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Knowledge of leasehold and legal disrepair procedures. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Ability to manage external stakeholders involvement and enquiring including political and escalated complaints.
