Small group intervention across KS1

The Role

As a KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 through focused small group interventions. You’ll help with phonics, early maths, reading fluency, and classroom routines. Your role will involve working closely with the class teacher to ensure younger pupils are developing key foundational skills.

The Candidate

You’re a graduate with energy, patience and a genuine interest in supporting young learners. You don’t need formal classroom experience, but confidence, clear communication and a nurturing attitude are essential. This role is ideal if you’re considering teacher training, early years education, or a career in child psychology.
