After a great 2024 we are now looking to increase our team with a Dutch speaking recruitment consultant. Dutch Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: Source, qualify and represent candidates across Sweden and introduce them to new jobs Target and win new clients to help with their hiring needs Use Bullhorn our CRM system to accurately code and track your days Be confident on the phone, calling candidates and clients daily Dutch Recruitment Consultant requirements: Must speak Dutch at a professional level or higher Passionate about working with people, if you’ve worked in sales, customers service or account management that’s great (but not essential) A desire to really build a career Basic computer skills Ambition! We pay an uncapped 25% commission to our permanent consultants and 22.5% commission to our contract consultants, with an additional commission for every consultant you manage as a team leader. So massive earning potential! What we offer: Basic salary up to £27,000. With commission: up to £80.000 OTE achievable inside the first 12 months.
