The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various living sector developments and investments. You will create and manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarise findings in a succinct manner for client's usage, reporting internally and to clients. Candidates must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and show a passion for the property industry.

Responsibilities

  • Compile data into actionable reports
  • Build bespoke financial models
  • Prepare pitch and presentation materials
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Think strategically about improving company operations and advice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Property, Business or Economics or related discipline
  • 1 - 3 years of experience working in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
