Gaining experience in specialisms (e.g. change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics).

Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions. Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.

Organising and participating in client meetings and interviews.

Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.

Writing elements of reports, presentations and other deliverables.

Completing project management tasks.
Programme length
Four weeks. Please note: Due to UK policies, you must be based in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
