About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Insurance Advisor to join our growing team in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in the insurance industry. You’ll receive full training and support to build your knowledge and skills, helping clients find the right insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of insurance products.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
4. Process insurance applications, renewals, and policy amendments.
5. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
6. Work towards individual and team sales targets.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
8. Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is desirable but not essential.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A confident and professional approach to dealing with clients.
4. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
5. Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
6. Eagerness to learn and develop within the insurance sector.
