Direct Sales Manager Location: Wellingborough Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic (OTE £50,000+, uncapped commission) Hours: Full-time (45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends) About the Role We are looking for a driven and results-focused Assistant Direct Sales Manager to join our successful sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales, supporting the field sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
