We’re looking for Health and Wellbeing Practitioners to support our staff on our Community Health and Wellbeing contracts. We deliver a variety of NHS and Local
Authority contracts that can have challenging and complex caseloads.
The role of Health and Wellbeing Practitioner will be focused on supporting our frontline staff with the health and wellbeing challenges our participants may face whist focusing on their journey into employability with us. You will need to ensure you can take a reactive as well as a proactive approach, such as group and one to one reflective practice sessions, one to one ad hoc support, debriefs as well as upskilling/training. You will need an expert understanding of the challenges our frontline staff might face and be able to implement strategic interventions to support those challenges to be overcome.
All our contracts are led by contractual and compliance guidelines which can have an impact on the people who deliver them. This role will act as a buffer between those pressures and support frontline staff, empowering them to overcome any challenges they may face.

25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years’ service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday
