This role is designed to alleviate pressure on the business by providing specialised expertise in business continuity and operational resilience, particularly within the insurance claims sector. The ideal Business Analyst will have a robust background in business analysis within financial services, with extensive experience in business continuity. Insurance sector experience is highly desirable., Duration: Initial 3 months (with potential extension)., Operational Resilience: Bring expertise in operational resilience, including testing and workshop facilitation, to ensure a structured approach to continuity. Familiarity with testing methodologies is highly desirable.
