Reporting to the office manager, your duties will include:

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing calls

  • Dealing with queries

  • Booking jobs onto bespoke IT system

  • Adhering to both company and statutory legislation

  • Coordinating deliveries and collections

  • Debriefs, handovers, briefing night drivers

The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have experience with the pallet network., * Ability to multi-task
