Property Lawyer A Property Lawyer with experience in running Residential Property and/or Commercial Property Transactions is required by law firm within their East Dorset office. The Company The firm have a long and successful history with an positive relationship with many local communities and charities. There current management team are experienced and ambitious with the firm expanding organically over the last decade. Whilst current circumstances require flexible working the firm has adopted the practice across all offices. The Role The successful Property lawyer will manage a property caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will be used to dealing with leasehold properties working under supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The role will include advising on landlord and tenant matters and lease extensions.
