What You’ll Do

• Drive Outreach Success: Design and manage all aspects of the outreach system-email, direct mail, messaging, and more (no cold calling required).

• Lead a Team: Manage setters and assistants, ensuring top-tier performance and results.

• Strategize & Innovate: Bring new ideas to the table and communicate actionable results that fuel growth.

• Proven experience in cold outreach (email, messaging, direct mail, etc.).

• B2B marketing experience.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Adaptable, resourceful, and driven by results.

• A visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
