A positively charged Senior Associate Solicitor is wanted for an exciting Corporate Law opportunity with a busy and ambitious central London law firm. The successful candidate will walk into an existing body of work and relationships, where strong technical know how, good people skills and growth mindset will help maximise billings and fast forward career prospects. Salary is circa £100,000 and dependent on experience.
You will join an ambitious Corporate and Commercial facing law firm, at Senior Associate or Partner level, and manage a full and varied Corporate Law caseload, acting for a cross sector range of clients that include tech start-ups, HNW individual and VC backed business, and medium to large sized privately owned companies. Values? Typically £1m to £5m, occasionally triple that.
