Job Description
Reed Further Education are working with our team at Reed Business School who are searching for a HR Apprenticeship Tutor. They are seeking an exceptional HR/L&D professional to join their apprenticeship delivery team as an HR Apprenticeship Tutor. This role is ideal for someone passionate about training and developing apprentices in Human Resource Management.
Job Title: HR Apprenticeship Tutor
Position: 4 days a week – hybrid 2 to 3 days a week on site.
Role type: Permanent
Location: Moreton-in-Marsh, Cotswolds
Rate: £38,000
Day-to-day of the role:
- Coach and support HR and L&D apprentices through their apprenticeship journey, utilising your industry knowledge and tutoring skills.
- Teach apprenticeship standards including People Professional L5 (inc. Associate Diploma in People Management L5) and Senior People Professional L7 (inc. Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management L7).
- Deliver engaging online workshops and webinars as part of our blended learning approach.
- Conduct 1-2-1 reviews, providing advice and guidance to apprentices around the HR standards and assess candidate work.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with employers and engage with apprentices' line managers to ensure high levels of engagement and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development apprenticeships up to Level 7.
- An appropriate assessor qualification is desirable (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA).
- Familiarity with Ofsted and ESFA audit requirements.
- CIPD qualification.
- Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics.
- Proficiency in using E-portfolio systems to monitor progress of learners on apprenticeship programmes.
