As a key player in our apheresis department, you will play an essential role in performing blood component separation procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and providing life-saving treatments to those in need.\\n\\nJob Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Perform apheresis procedures to collect plasma, platelets, white blood cells, or other blood components.\\n\\n * Monitor patients during the procedure for any signs of discomfort or complications.\\n\\n * Operate apheresis machines and equipment with precision and expertise.\\n\\n * Educate patients on the procedure and manage any concerns or questions.\\n\\n * Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with health regulations.\\n\\n * Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.\\n\\n * Very good experience in the use of the Terumo Spectra Optia apheresis device and ultrasound guided cannulation.\\n\\n * Exceptional patient forward qualities are a must as well.\\n\\nQualifications:\\n\\n * Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.\\n\\n * Experience in apheresis or transfusion services preferred, but we provide specialized training.\\n\\n * Strong understanding of patient care principles and safety protocols.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\n * Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\nApply Today!
