Health Care Assistant

Health Care Assistant Health Care Assistant role is to work with other members of the staff team to provide person-centred care to resident\’s as described in the care plan, whilst respecting their right to privacy, dignity and choice. To work effectively, co-operatively and responsibly as part of team. To encourage residents, as far as reasonably possible, to achieve maximum fulfilment and independence to meet their own needs, through providing support and assistance as desired by the individual. To keep records up to date, factual and well maintained; to manage all documentation as directed by the homes directors, managers, Safety Legislation and homes policies and procedures; to countersign and date all entries made into records; to review records on a regular basis where directed. You will work shifts, involving early mornings and late nights, including weekends and public holidays. 12hr & 8hr shifts available. (40hr)
