The role of Recruitment Leader is a pivotal position within the organisation that supports all recruitment duties whilst looking after 2 administrators within a busy team., * Manage all recruitment for the company including placing adverts, recruiting and interviews, sending out offers and contracts and handling screening and referencing compliance checks

Manage 2 administrators, delegate work and general Team Leader duties

Maintain up-to-date employee records on the database, changing and deleting when required

Ensure the maintenance of accurate electronic and paper files

Manage and arrange external and internal bookings for education events.

Support the Education and Development Manager with administration

Supporting all recruitment tasks across the business, implementing new procedures and being involved in new projects

Must have experience in previous roles such as Recruitment, HR, Training and Development

Ideally have experience with managing or supervising a small team

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent prioritisation skills can multitask and resolve issues quickly

Experience of maintaining detailed database and spreadsheet information

Deal with sensitive information appropriately

Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, e.g. Word, Outlook as well as electronic People databases
