Job title: Front of House & Administrative Co-Ordinator Location: Company Head Office (Wantage) or any location as required Responsible to: Director of Service Delivery Provides services to: Clients, Suppliers, Management, and other staff as required Hours: The employee will normally work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is mandatory. The employee will be accountable for the cover of the company’s existing Front of House services at Client sites. FOH shifts range from (Apply online only), Monday to Friday, as required. Package: £25,000 per annum Personnel Requirements: * A DBS check may be required for this role, which the successful applicant will need to apply for and provide evidence upon appointment. * The employee must have a full and valid driving license and own vehicle. Experience/Qualifications: * Front of House and general administration experience are essential. * Experience within a facilities management environment and/or service provider background is desirable. Summary & Responsibilities: First and foremost, you will be the primary front-of-house relief support for all absences of our existing front-of-house teams at Client sites, which can be required with little notice, sometimes on the same day. You will oversee the diary management of planned annual leave for front-of-house staff, schedule your own diary to accommodate, and liaise with Clients as required. During periods when relief for front-of-house services is not required, you will support the business as directed, involving a variety of tasks. You will engage with the growth strategy and support the expansion of front-of-house services. This is an exciting opportunity to join in the early development of the service provision and to learn and support the wider FM provision as experience is gained. You will keep the Director of Service informed at all times. * You must be self-motivated and proactive, able to work autonomously at times. * You should be extremely reliable, flexible, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should also be highly organised and detail-oriented. * To succeed, you must handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively. * As an ambassador of the company, you will be passionate, professional, and efficient, ensuring all clients receive exceptional service. * You will have the ability to build rapport and work effectively in challenging environments. * You will provide administrative support to the Director of Service and other stakeholders as necessary, engaging in the growth strategy and continuous improvement of existing services
