Administrative Assistant Location: Croydon Start Date: Within the next few weeks Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience) We are working with a lovely Secondary school in Croydon who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide essential reception and office support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills who can work independently when required. Your Role: Provide front-desk reception support, ensuring visitors are welcomed from 7:45 am. Perform administrative tasks using Bromcom, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Maintain organisation and efficiency in daily office operations. Work proactively and independently to support the team. What We’re Looking For: Prior administrative experience Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Proficiency in Bromcom, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Reliability to commit to the required hours Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am – 4:30 pm (non-negotiable) Why Join Us?
