Senior Corporate Solicitor

We are working with a tier-one national firm, who are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Corporate department with their Manchester office. The Role:The successful candidate will join a dynamic and market-leading team, providing a full range of corporate services, including M&A, venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, and debt. The candidate will engage in a variety of duties, including conducting due diligence, acting on cross-border transactions, and advising on the venture capital and/or private equity investment process.The candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse range of international and domestic clients on cross-border strategic and corporate services.
