As a Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our stores deliver the best shopping experience to our customers and help them discover the true benefits of a Tempur mattress.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership Support: Running the day-to-day operations of the store, including team management, stock control, and merchandising.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding shoppers through product selection, offering expert advice, and conducting product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of Tempur mattresses.
- Sales & Performance: Help drive sales by ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds performance targets. You’ll also play a key role in implementing promotional activities and campaigns.
